Will my clothes shrink?

Our hoodies and tees are 100% organic cotton with natural mineral dye. Organic cotton can shrink with heat, so wash cold and air dry to keep your fit.

How much does shipping cost, and how long does it take?

Shipping is calculated at checkout by the carrier, based on your package's weight and destination, and you pick USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground. Standard shipping (USPS Ground Advantage) is free on orders of $50 or more. We ship the same day or the next business day. Delivery takes 2–5 business days after your order ships with USPS Ground Advantage, or 1–5 business days with UPS Ground. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding holidays. Do you ship internationally?

No. We ship within the United States only.

What if my package is lost, damaged or marked delivered but missing?

Message us using the chat box on our site, or email us, within 7 days of the delivery date (with photos if it's damaged). We'll work with the carrier and make it right, with a replacement or a refund once the issue is confirmed. See our Shipping page for the details.

What is your return policy?

You can request a return within 14 calendar days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and unused, free of odor, damage or markings, and returned with all original tags and packaging. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 10-21 business days of us receiving your items. Original shipping and return shipping aren't refundable, so the return label fee is deducted from your refund, including on orders that shipped free. Final-sale items (including flash sales and clearance) can't be returned or exchanged. Can I exchange for a different size?

Yes. Request a size exchange within 14 calendar days of delivery. We cover the return label. Once we receive your item, we'll issue store credit for the item's value plus any taxes you paid, so you can grab the right size or something else.
